Back up your entire Tree Launcher setup to Google Drive and restore it on any device.

Google Drive Backup

Tree Launcher uses Google Drive to back up and restore your entire setup. Your data is stored in your personal Google Drive account.

Setting Up Backup

  1. Go to Settings → Backup
  2. Sign in with your Google account
  3. Grant Tree Launcher access to a dedicated folder in your Google Drive

Creating a Backup

  1. Go to Settings → Backup
  2. Tap Back Up Now
  3. Wait for the backup to complete

The backup includes: - All pages and their content - Item settings and properties - App shortcuts and configurations - Customization preferences - Images and other media

Restoring from Backup

  1. Install Tree Launcher on your new or reset device
  2. Go to Settings → Backup
  3. Sign in with the same Google account
  4. Tap Restore and select the backup to restore

Important: Restoring replaces all current data. Make sure to back up your current setup first if needed.

Managing Backups

Your backups are stored in your Google Drive. You can:

  • View backup files in Google Drive under the Tree Launcher folder
  • Delete old backups directly from Google Drive
  • Keep multiple backups for different points in time
